Our Story
Outpost, opened in October 2024 by the Bowman family—also the proud owners of Nu Grille and Brickstreet BBQ—aims to breathe new life into one of the oldest buildings in Fort Scott. With a passion for community and flavor, they are excited to offer quick, custom Tex-Mex cuisine to the town, creating a vibrant dining experience for locals and visitors alike.
